We care about your safety

The well-being and safety of the ECCO community remains our top priority. We would like to assure you that all health protection measures, as set out by Government and Health Authorities are in effect within stores.

To ensure a safe environment and to continue to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 we have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers:

Store hygiene - Increasing the frequency of store cleaning, with a focus on high traffic areas and touch points. Providing stores with additional cleaning products and hand sanitisers for staff and customer use.

Social distancing - To assist with keeping a safe distance of 1.5m, we have installed floor markers and are limiting the number of people allowed in stores at any one time.

Card payments - We will no longer be accepting cash. To further reduce exposure we will only be accepting the following forms of payment debit and credit cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay, WeChat Pay and AliPay.

COVID Safe Check-in – Entry in to all ECCO stores require customers to check in via the appropriate QR Code. These are available in every ECCO Store and are a mandated condition of entry.

Vaccinations – As per the Public Health orders, in states where double vaccination is a mandatory condition of entry, proof of vaccination will be required.

Click and Collect – Click & Collect orders are still available for pick-up. However in states that are impacted by vaccination orders, unvaccinated customers will still be able to collect their order but unable to remain in stores for any extended period of time.

These measures are in place to ensure safe and comfortable environments for everyone. ECCO is dedicated to supporting staff and customers through this uncertain time.
