For the duration of the promotion receive free standard shipping and free returns on all orders.
Delivery times: Due to volume received during promotional periods please be aware that there may be a delay with the processing and delivery of your order. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Postโs mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change. Returns: All returns from this promotion will be handled via our returns policy, which can be viewed here.
Extended Returns: ECCO is offering extended returns during the holiday period. All orders from the 21st of November can be returned up until the 31st of January 2026. The ECCO standard 30 day return policy will apply to all orders outside of this period.
