If you wish to return an item from your order, please visit our returns page for step by step instructions. This page will also have a link to where you can generate your paid return label.

There is a small window where we can assist with a change to your shipping address. Please contact our customer service team on eccoau@ecco.com with your order number and correct address. We will notify you, if your request has been successful. We are unable to assist in changing your email, phone number or billing name and address. If you wish to change these details, we can assist in cancelling your order so you can place a new one.

This is best done by using shoe trees when the shoe isn't being worn. The best types are shoe trees made out of unvarnished sandalwood, which also extracts moisture from the leather.
