FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $180.

ECCO offers free standard shipping with all online orders over $180. Purchases under $180 will incur a $12 shipping charge. All orders are delivered by standard Australia Post e-parcel service, we have provided delivery estimates below, however, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.

Orders placed before 10am from Monday through Friday will be dispatched same day (under normal operating conditions). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has left our warehouse or our store/s - whichever location/s your order has been assigned to. Above time frames are estimates only, with faster delivery times to metro areas and longer delivery times to regional areas, with all delivery time frames at the discretion of our shipping provider, Australia Post.

Please note: When making returns, any shipping charges incurred on the order are non-refundable.

Can’t find your size in store?

By utilising our network of stores as well as our online inventory, we can locate it for you and have it delivered to your home or office free of any shipping charges. Even better, if you prefer to pick it up in store, we can organise to have your item delivered to any of our ECCO stores across Australia for pick up in 3-7 business days.
