ECCO Welcome Back Offer: The ECCO 'Welcome Back' campaign is available to selected customers on the ECCO Australia database. Selected customers will receive an email with a unique code to activate the 15% offer. The offer may be redeemed on full price or sale shoes or accessories when the order value is over $120. The offer is valid for 30 days or to the 'valid until' date on the email. The unique code provided is generated for single use and can not be re-generated if lost or misplaced.

Note: Offer may be redeemed only once, online at au.ecco.com. This offer is not available for redemption in ECCO retail stores. The discount will apply at checkout when the unique code is entered.

No Further Discounts Apply: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. The promotion cannot be backdated or used on prior purchases and back orders are not accepted. Offer is not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to amend, end or extend any of the details of the offer at any time without notice.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $180 and free returns on all orders placed on au.ecco.com. Orders under $180 will incur a $12 standard shipping charge. Shipping is calculated according to the final order value after the discount is applied.

Online Returns/Exchanges: Purchases made from the ECCO online store are to be returned within 30 days, to the ECCO online store via the return method provided with your order. Online returns will be processed via refund. We are unable to offer exchanges. If we are unable to supply an item due to unavailability, your item will be cancelled from the order and you will be notified via email. If we part-supply your order, your order and charges will be adjusted accordingly. Should you wish to exchange sizes, please return your item for refund then contact Customer Service on eccoau@ecco.com for advice on the possibility of sourcing another size.

Note: Purchases must be returned to ECCO within the 30 day time frame and they must be unworn, un-altered and in their original sell-able condition with original insole and full packaging in order to qualify for refund. The shoe box must also be un-tampered or ripped and in its original condition.
