What is Click & Collect and how does it work?
Click & Collect is a convenient way for you to purchase items on our website and pick them up at an ECCO store of your choice.
Is Click & Collect available at all ECCO stores?
Click & Collect is available at most ECCO stores. Simply shop au.ecco.com, select the item you would like to purchase and on the product page you can see which stores have it available for collection. The stores with availability will be marked with a green dot. You can select the desired store here or when in the checkout. Pending store availability, you can also change stores at any time before finalising the purchase.
Is there a shipping charge on Click & Collect orders?
ECCO Click & Collect is free, there are no additional delivery or processing charges.
When will I be charged?
After you place your order, your card will be authorised for the total order amount. When your order is picked up, the transaction will be finalised and your selected payment method / credit card will be charged.
Can I use a Gift Card as a form of payment for my Click & Collect purchase?
Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method on our website. You are welcome to use our ECCO Gift Card in our physical stores.
What is the minimum order value for Click & Collect orders?
At ECCO, we do not require a minimum order value for Click & Collect orders.
How do I view my order history?
If you want to view your order history, you will need to have an account on our website. Log into your account on our website under ‘My account’ at the top of the page. Once logged in click ‘Order history' and you can view your most recent orders.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
ECCO will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please also check your spam or junk mail folders.
How long will I have to pick up my order in-store?
ECCO will hold your order for up to 7 days from the time you are notified via email that your order is ready for pick up. If you do not pick your order up within the 7-day period, your order will be cancelled automatically. You will receive an order cancellation email.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
To pick up your order, present your email notification that your order is ready for pick up and a government-issued photo ID.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, the person collecting your order will need to present the email notification that the order is ready for pick up and a government-issued photo ID.
Can I change my pick-up store or delivery address after I placed my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please be sure to double-check your information before placing your order.
Can I cancel my pick-up order?
Due to the processing times of our orders, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed.
