PODIATRIST OFFER: 10% off full price shoes. To redeem this offer, the podiatry clinic must contact ECCO via eccoau@ecco.com and will need to provide email address, name, business name and Podiatry accreditation number. Once provided, the clinic will receive their unique code entitling them to 10% off all full price shoes online at au.ecco.com.

Code may be used once per order, on a maximum of 5 orders.

NOTE: Offer may be redeemed online at au.ecco.com. The discount is not valid on bags, belts, wallets, shoe & leather care and shoe accessories. Offer not valid on sale items. When purchasing online, the discount will apply at checkout when the unique code is entered, with the discount being calculated before shipping fees are applied.

No Further Discounts Apply. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. The promotion cannot be backdated on prior purchases and back orders are not accepted. Not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to select the styles on promotion, amend, end or extend any of the details of the promotion at any time without notice.

Free standard shipping on online orders over $180 and free returns on all orders applies to all orders placed on au.ecco.com.

Online Returns/Exchanges: Purchases made from the ECCO online store are to be returned within 14 days, to the ECCO online store via the return method provided with your order. Online returns will be processed via refund. We are unable to offer exchanges. If we are unable to supply an item due to unavailability, your item will be cancelled from the order and you will be notified via email. If we part-supply your order, your order and charges will be adjusted accordingly. Should you wish to exchange sizes, please return your item for refund then contact Customer Service on eccoau@ecco.com for advice on the possibility of sourcing another size.

ECCO Retail Store Returns/Exchanges: Purchases from ECCO stores may be returned/exchanged at any ECCO store, within 14 days.

ALL RETURNS: Shoes must be returned to ECCO within the 14 day time frame and they must be unworn, un-altered and in their original sell-able condition with original insole and full packaging in order to qualify for refund. Shoe box must also be un-tampered or ripped and in its original condition.
